Janeen Lee'S Butternut Squash Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed butternut squash
2 eggs
1 c. soy milk
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 Tbsp. rum
4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Beat eggs and stir into squash.
Mix in remaining ingredients until well blended.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
