Cinnamon Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. carton Dannon nonfat yogurt, strained to sour cream consistency
7 oz. jar Kraft marshmallow cream
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Prepare yogurt by straining to sour cream consistency (takes approximately 2 hours).
Place yogurt in strainer lined with a coffee filter, plain paper towel or cheesecloth.
Place bowl underneath to catch when draining out.
Refrigerate while straining.
Blend strained yogurt, marshmallow cream and cinnamon well using blender or electric mixer.
Refrigerate until served. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.
Makes approximately 2 1/2 cups or 40 (1 tablespoon) servings.
Contains 20 calories per tablespoon and only a trace of fat.
