Radishes In Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. thinly sliced scallions
    1/4 c. \"lite\" sour cream
    1/4 c. fresh plain yogurt
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Make a dressing of all ingredients, except the radishes. Combine the radishes and dressing and mix well.
    Serve on a lettuce leaf cup.
    Serves 4.
