Chicken Stir Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1/4 c. Dales sauce
Garlic powder or meat tenderizer
1 bag mixed vegetables (or fresh)
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder and prick chicken with fork. Marinate in Dales sauce for 15 minutes. Put in a large fry pan or a stir fry pan and simmer with lid on med/low until tender. Flip chicken occasionally. Remove from pan and chop or slice chicken. Put back in pan and add vegetables. Sprinkle with garlic powder or chopped garlic and simmer until vegetables are slightly tender. You may need to add a little more sauce.
