Pancho'S Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chili
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. cumin
    2 lb. American cheese, grated
Preparation
    Liquify all except cheese in blender.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add cheese, grated.
    Put half of cheese in one half of liquid into blender and liquify.
    Pour into bowl and do other half.
    May be served with chips.
