Trailside Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chunk-style peanut butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. uncooked oats
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Stir together flour, soda and salt.
    Set aside.
    In large bowl, beat margarine, peanut butter and sugars until creamy.
    Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.
    Stir in flour mixture, then oats and raisins.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonful, leaving space for expansion.
    Drop on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
    Remove to rack to cool.
    Makes 42 cookies. Per cookie:
    134 calories, 5 g. fat and 12 mg. cholesterol.
