German Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
pinch of clove powder
1/4 tsp. salt
sprig of parsley
2 tsp. grated onion
5 c. cooked red cabbage, chopped
Preparation
-
Simmer first 5 ingredients for 5 minutes.
Strain.
Add onion. Pour over hot cabbage.
Serves 8.
