Hot Brie Pasta A'La Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. French Brie, cut in chunks
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 c. fresh basil, cut into strips
    4 to 5 large garlic cloves, minced
    4 tomatoes, seeded and cubed
    salt
    black pepper
    1 lb. your favorite pasta
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut cheese into chunks.
    Combine with next 6 ingredients in a large bowl and let stand for 2 hours at room temperature.
    Cook pasta, drain and toss with Brie mixture.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
