June'S Bok Choy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. sunflower seeds, roasted
    2 pkg. Saimin noodles, crumbled
    1 head bok choy
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix sunflower seeds, crumbled noodles and melted margarine together.
    Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes. Watch carefully as it will burn easily.
    Store in plastic bag in refrigerator when cool.
