Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked rice (cold)
    1/2 c. green onions, sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. celery, sliced thin
    1 c. cooked meat, diced (chicken, pork or shrimp)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    In nonstick skillet or wok, saute onions, green pepper and celery until tender-crisp.
    Add rice and stir-fry until heated through.
    Add meat, eggs and soy sauce; stir-fry until egg sets. Serve hot.
