Prairie Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large or more baking apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Place apples in a greased 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with mix of sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Pour over cream and vanilla.
