Apricot-Glazed Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork loin rib end roast (about 4 lb.)
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. apricot nectar
    2 tsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Season roast with salt and pepper.
    Place on rack in roasting pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
