Mississippi Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 Tbsp. red cayenne pepper
2 cans Ro-Tel brand tomatoes, diced
2/3 c. rice, cooked
1 1/2 c. sharp shredded cheese
Preparation

Cook hamburger until its brown; drain.
In same skillet, add onion, green pepper, Ro-Tel tomatoes and cayenne pepper.
Simmer about 30 minutes.
Add cooked rice.
Stir together.
Let simmer another 5 minutes.
Turn off.
Put shredded cheese on top to melt, then serve.
