Fresh Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
4 c. fresh blueberries
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Make a smooth paste of water, flour and a pinch of salt. Boil 1 cup berries with sugar and 1/2 cup water. Add flour paste and stir until it thickens. Remove from heat. Cool. When cool, add the remaining berries and put in pie shell. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip when it is cool.
