Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
dash of garlic salt
1 small onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 lb. large curd cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 (3 c.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu
Preparation
-
Brown beef, onion, garlic salt, salt, pepper and oregano. Pour off any grease.
Add Ragu and simmer 15 minutes.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Beat eggs and mix with cottage cheese.
