Dairy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes or 5 c. cooked cubed potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pan.
    Mix together potatoes, soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Halfway through cooking time, top with buttered corn flake crumbs.
    If using frozen hash browns, cook 40 to 45 minutes.
    If using cooked, cubed potatoes, cook for 25 minutes.
