Tomatoes Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole tomatoes (canned 2 large)
    4 slices bread (French bread works better)
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. basil leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Remove skins from tomatoes and quarter.
    Place tomatoes in buttered casserole.
    Melt butter.
    Add garlic and basil.
    Cube bread; add to seasoned butter.
    Saute bread cubes over low heat for few minutes.
    Spread bread cubes over tomatoes; top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
