Salmon Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices)
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 small onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk and soup.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until mixture appears set.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
