Ketchup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 bushel tomatoes, juiced (28)
2 onions
3 Tbsp. paprika
5 c. white vinegar
5 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
3 tsp. cloves
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
-
Boil juice and onions and paprika down to 3/4 bulk.
Then add all the other ingredients and continue to boil to desired thickness.
