Mexican Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped bell peppers
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    4 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 (16 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients until meat is browned; drain, then add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and bake in covered casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
