Zucchini Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 lb. browned hamburger
6 oz. pkg. stuffing mix
1 c. grated carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Cook zucchini and onion in salt water until done; drain. Brown hamburger and drain.
Prepare stuffing mix, following directions on box.
Mix meat and zucchini with carrots, soup and sour cream.
