Ingredients

3 c. milk
1/2 to 1 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Scald milk.
Mix cocoa, sugar, salt and flour.
Add to scalded milk.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat. Add the butter and vanilla to the pudding.
