Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
3 eggs, beaten
2 (1/4 oz.) pkg. yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
7 to 8 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
-
Cream shortening with sugar.
Stir in boiling water.
Cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and allow to proof (5 minutes). Add water, yeast mix and beaten eggs to shortening mix.
