Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 bananas, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 (4 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding, prepared according to directions on box
Preparation
    Crumble cooled baked cake.
    Layer half of the cake crumbs in a clear punch bowl. Top with 1/2 of the pie filling, 1/2 pudding, 1/2 pineapple, 1/2 bananas and 1/2 Cool Whip.
    Repeat layers, using remaining 1/2 of each ingredient.
    Garnish with pecans, coconut and cherries. Serves 20.
