Ingredients

1 pt. blackberries
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
box of vanilla wafers
Preparation

Cook and sweeten 1 pint blackberries; set aside.
Cook until thick milk, eggs, flour and sugar.
Add salt and vanilla wafers. Layer of berries, layer of cooked mixture.
Cover with meringue.
