Indonesian Grilled Lamb Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lamb loin chops, trimmed and sliced
1 c. shoyu
1 c. chopped and peeled ginger
1/8 c. chopped garlic
1/8 c. sesame oil
1/2 c chopped fresh mint
1/4 c. coarse grain mustard
Preparation

Marinate for 24 hours.
Grill over charcoal.
Serve on a saute of mixed kula greens.
