Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, cooked and diced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 2-quart casserole.
    In bowl, combine potatoes, cheese, onion, parsley and bread crumbs; mix well.
    Turn into casserole.
    Blend salt, pepper, butter or margarine and milk.
    Pour over potato mixture.
    Sprinkle with cornflakes.
    Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
