Tomato-Cheese Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. warm water
    4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. drained, canned tomatoes
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Soften yeast in 2 tablespoons warm water.
    Set aside.
    Pour remaining cup of warm water into a large bowl.
    Blend in 2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Stir softened yeast and add to flour-water mixture, mixing well.
    Add about 1 cup flour to yeast mixture and beat until very smooth.
    Mix in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
