Garlic Mushrooms In Sherry Sauce-Spain - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mushrooms
    3 garlic
    1/2 c. olive oil
    sherry wine
    crushed red hot peppers
    salt
Preparation
    When oil is hot, throw in minced garlic.
    When it's starting to get brownish, add sliced mushrooms.
    Cook mushrooms at medium heat until almost done.
    Then add crushed hot red peppers, salt and sherry wine according to taste.
    Let it boil on high heat for 5 to 7 more minutes.
