Tuna On A Shoestring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3/4 to 1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    1 (4 oz.) can shoestring potatoes
Preparation
    In large bowl, separate tuna into chunks. Add carrots, celery, onion and salad dressing; toss until tuna is well coated with dressing. Cover and chill. Just before serving, fold in potatoes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
