Petite Cherry Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box vanilla wafers
    1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy. Line small muffin pans with 24 paper cups. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of peach. Fill cups 2/3 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or just until set. Top each with about 1 tablespoon cherry pie filling. Chill. Makes about 2 dozen cakes.
