Sour Cream Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
pinch of salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 box raisins
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 stick butter or oleo, melted
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together in large bowl.
Add sour cream. Mix well.
Add well beaten eggs.
Mix well.
Add raisins.
Grease and flour pan.
After batter is in pan, pour melted butter evenly over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Test center.
May take 1 1/2 hours.
