Let'S Wok - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin, cut into 2-inch strips
    3 green peppers, cut into fourths
    1 red pepper, quartered
    2 large onions, quartered (may use spring onions)
    3 medium red potatoes, sliced thick
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    lemon pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Brown beef
    about
    2 minutes.
    Pull to sides of wok.
    Add other ingredients and cook 15 minutes.
    Place top on wok and steam 5 to
    7 minutes.\tCooking time will depend on how crunchy you like the vegetables.
