Teriyaki Tofu Hamburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) container firm tofu
1 1/2 lb. hamburger or can substitute 3/4 lb. ground turkey and 3/4 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, diced
1 c. Yoshida's teriyaki sauce
2 eggs
Pam spray
Preparation

Drain tofu for 15 minutes in colander.
Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce (reserve 1/2 cup for later). Form into approximately 16 to 18 patties.
Brown in skillet sprayed with Pam.
Add remaining 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce and continue cooking for few minutes until sauce is thickened and forms glaze.
