Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. (4 c.) sliced rhubarb
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsifted flour
3 large eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine rhubarb, 1/2 cup sugar and flour.
Spoon into pie shell.
