Spaghetti Napoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 medium green peppers (thin strips)
    1 medium red pepper (thin strips)
    2 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 can whole tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. thin spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Saute 1 minute.
    Add green and red peppers and mushrooms. Saute 2 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and juice, basil and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.
    Toss with cooked spaghetti and cheese.
    Yields 4 servings.
