Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small or 2 medium summer squash
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook sliced unpeeled squash in water until tender; drain. Place all ingredients in blender; blend until seeds disappear. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg after liquid in shell.
    (Optional:
    Sprinkle with small amount of coconut.)
