Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. tiny cubed zucchini
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. water
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Boil for 5 minutes the zucchini and onions.
Drain.
Mix stuffing mix with melted butter and water.
Spread 9 x 12-inch pan with stuffing mixture.
Mix drained zucchini with sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
Pour over crust.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
