Quick And Easy Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 soup can water
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. dry
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend cream of celery soup with water in casserole or saucepan. Measure out 1/4 cup soup mixture and combine in bowl with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion and parsley.
Shape mixture into balls, about 1-inch in diameter.
Brown on top of stove or microwave on High for 12 to 15 minutes.
Add meatballs to remaining soup mixture.
Cook, covered, over low heat about 20 minutes, stirring now and then.
Makes 4 servings.
