Meat Loaf(Quantity) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions
    1 green pepper
    3 to 4 stalks celery
    5 eggs
    approximately 1 1/2 pt. milk
    1 envelope Lipton beef onion soup (dry)
    7 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. dry vegetable flakes
    salt and pepper
    3 strips bacon
Preparation
    Place beef in a large mixing bowl.
    Finely chop onion, green pepper and celery.
    Add to meat.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Add milk last, using enough to make a moist, but formable consistency. Shape into 3 loaves.
    Place bacon strip on each and bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Gravy can be made from pan scrapings.
