Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. onion soup mix
    2 to 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, drained
Preparation
    Cut peppers into thin strips.
    Cook with sliced celery in margarine for 2 minutes.
    Add chicken broth.
    Blend cornstarch with cold water and soy sauce.
    Gradually stir into broth.
    Add onion soup mix.
    Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add chicken, mushrooms and bean sprouts.
    Heat.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
