Best Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cooking oil
2 large eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 overripe bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put all ingredients except nuts in large bowl and beat well. Fold in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Toothpick inserted in middle of loaf will come out clean when bread is done.
Cool and store overnight before cutting.
Makes 1 loaf.
