Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices rye bread
    2 slices white bread
    1 c. water
    1 medium onion, minced
    4 sprigs parsley
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Start oven at 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 5 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch pan.
    Soak bread in water; chop onion and parsley fine.
    Mash soaked bread with fork; add meat and rest of ingredients, except butter, tomato sauce and oregano.
    Mix well and place in pan; shape into a loaf. Dot with butter.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Pour tomato sauce over meat; sprinkle with oregano and bake 20 minutes more.
