Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can no-salt added tomato sauce
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measure. Stir well. Cover with wax paper.
Microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes, stirring with a wire whisk after 3 minutes. Serve with pork or beef. Yields 1 1/3 cups (about 15 calories per tablespoon).
