Shoepeg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Shoepeg corn, drained
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
    1 jar pimento, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Toss together with 8 ounces low calorie or regular Italian dressing.
    Serves 12 to 14.
