Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
5 sweet potatoes
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Boil
sugar,
water, margarine, corn syrup and cinnamon down into
a
syrup.
Boil
sweet
potatoes until tender with peeling. When
tender, peel and slice.
Put into Corning Ware dish
and pour
syrup over potatoes.\tPlace in center of rack and
cook until
desired.
Take
from oven and pour miniature marshmallows over potatoes; let melt.
