Hickory Smoked Barbecue Pork Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. hickory-flavored natural liquid smoke
    1 1/2 tsp. water
    1 1/2 lb. boneless pork shoulder, trimmed of fat
    1 to 1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce of your choice
    6 Kaiser rolls
    creamy cole slaw
    fresh parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Brush pork on both sides with mixture of liquid smoke and water.
    Arrange on rack in shallow roasting pan.
    Roast in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, until cooked through.
    Heat barbecue sauce.
    Slice pork; arrange on rolls, spooning warm sauce over and top with your favorite cole slaw.
    Garnish with pickle chips and parsley sprigs.
    Serves 6.
