Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans cut green beans or 2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French cut green beans, cooked slightly
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs or 1/2 c. low-fat Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. defatted chicken broth (more if needed)
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in defatted chicken broth. Combine soup, milk and garlic powder.
    Add beans, sauteed onions, celery, mushrooms and water chestnuts to soup mixture.
    Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs or low-fat cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
