Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder (this is right)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. oil
3/4 and 2 Tbsp. milk (more if too thick)
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients, add rest and mix.
Let set a minute until mix fluffs up; if too thick add some more milk.
Cook on hot buttered griddle.
(This is the best pancake mix I've come across yet.)
