Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. ground beef, seasoned with salt or Accent
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans (2.8 oz.) French fried onions
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown beef with salt in skillet, breaking up into small pieces.
Drain well.
Put meat into large bowl.
Add potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheese and onion.
Spread into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 30 minutes; top with French fried onions and bake 15 minutes more until bubbling.
